Interactive Process
Typically, introducing a team to Insights involves a combination of one-to-one discussions based around Profile Reports, followed by team or group-based activities. These sessions allow individuals to share their Insights colour preferences, learn more about themselves and each other, and apply their newfound understanding to real-world situations.
