Personalised Coaching Plan
Based on our initial conversation, I’ll tailor a coaching plan that typically includes up to six one-to-one sessions.
Session Structure

Each session lasts around 90 minutes and occurs every 3-4 weeks.

We can meet in person, remotely via Zoom, or a combination of both.
